Yes, the technician arrived at 1:30, while I was still at work. He finally finished, changed out the brand new modem , and so far, it’s good!

update, rain in Tahoe , so we’re still going but if its pouring we’ll leave. Fortunately , its only 1 1/2 hours away, so not bad.
