Happy Mothers Day to all you moms out there!  Even if you don’t have children, you might be a mom to fur Babies. I know I was a mom to my fur babies way before I had human children. I had Jason, our wonderful golden retriever mix we got from the Tucson pound. And then I had Papillion my white cat with blue eyes that lived to be 22 years old. Then I had many more in between.

Being a mom and an older mom at that has been the greatest thing I’ve done. Those were happy years when they were babies, then teens and now adults. A great journey that I’ve loved.

My son mad some yummy french toast,bacon and scambled eggs for breakfast. Then my daughter and I are going to the gym. Then a little house tidying and reading.

For dinner we’re thinking sandwiches. Something easy with no clean up.
