A beautiful Birth-day!

Today, 31 years ago, our sweet little girl arrived. I’m sure I’ve written about this before, but we had been married 15 years before we had her. So we were pretty excited.  As labors go it was 8 hours start to finish and really only 5 in the hospital. We were star struck.

So, today, I will make a birthday breakfast. She already got her mac pro so the gift is done. Although my husband was going to take her to the new  Green Acres nursery. It’s a great place and the prices were good. Then I bought an ice cream cake thing and we’ll have that tonight.

  1. Well…Happy Birthday to her! And happy day to you too. What a blessing she must have been after 15 years. Have a great day.
Read you post about your last blood test results too…so happy for you!

    • Hi Marilyn,
So good to hear from you! I hope all is well in your world , with your grand children and such. How is the the summer starting for you in Michigan?? I am very happy about my response to this new treatment.
One more cycle , and then we can decide what to do!!!

      • The summer is finally starting here! Memorial day was beautiful and Lake Michigan was warm enough (maybe 60 degrees!) that there were some people in the water. I bet they didn’t stay in long though. We had a nice cook out at our house with the kids and grands, and my husband’s sister. The weather has been around 80 degrees and humid….real summer for us. Won’t get much higher than mid 80s all summer. We have the garden planted and hope to have some nice organic salads this summer.

    • Thanks so much, hope your drive up to Flagstaff went well. We loved Flagstaff, and thought about living there at one point. But as usual, it’s hard to beat California.
